I will analyze your current fitness level, BMI, and goals, to create your individualized fitness plan. I offer 1 on 1 fitness training in a private full gym or at the client's location. I also offer boxing and Muay Thai training.
I first started working out at the age of 16. I remember it very well. As a young man, I was inspired by the Terminator to develop muscles and feel strong. Working out gave me confidence, build self awareness and helped me create muscle memory to last a lifetime. Throughout the years I made diet, fitness and health core habits. I learned so much from working out with prior trainers, friends, and gym team members. In 2012 I ventured into a journey of boxing and Muay Thai. I first began my training with professional fighter, Nick "Golden Boy" Chasteen. Nick trained me 1 on 1 for several years. After I moved away, I continued training at UFC. I learned amazing technique, bag and fighting skills, discipline, and self defense. I was trained by some of the best.
Over the years I built a lot of muscle tone and definition and during Covid I compiled a full personal private gym. Everyone asked if I was a personal trainer because people admired the results of my hard work and the awe of my commitment for success. The thought was always in the back of my mind and then I connected with the American Council on Exercise and signed up for their courses. I worked hard, studied regularly, passed the exam and then received my certification from ACE for Personal Trainer as well as certification in CPR and AED. With years of personal success, relationship building and experience, I am confident I can create a fitness plan that is exciting and will help you reach your goals. We will work together to keep you on track and motivated and make exercise something you look forward to in a setting you feel comfortable.
